Abstract: In this seminar, the basic concept of wireless power transmission (WPT) is introduced including background. Then, Solar Power Satellite (SPS) and Wireless (Microwave) Power Transmission are introduced and discussed. Also, current research trends and examples regarding WPT are discussed including rectenna (antenna + rectifier)
